The open call runs from March 1 – May 15 at midnight.  Below is what you’ll see on Submittable.

This call is open to members and nonmembers of the Texas Society of Sculptors. The exhibit dates are June 7 through September 25, at the Georgetown (Texas) Public Library. Entry fees are $45 for nonmembers, $35 for members, or $2 for students (open to students currently enrolled full time in a fine arts program at an accredited school, college, or university studying with a focus on sculpture.). Only member and nonmember entries being paid by credit card or Paypal can use this Submittable form. Submissions are due by May 15, 2026. The Georgetown Public Library is hosting the 18th Texas Society of Sculptors Exhibit 
WHO MAY ENTER: This is an open show sponsored and coordinated by TSOS
HOW MANY ENTRIES: A maximum of 3 pieces per artist.
ELIGIBILITY: A piece must not have been shown in the Georgetown Library/TSOS Sculpture Show within the last 5 years. If a piece has won an award in a previous show, it is not eligible to enter.
WHAT TO ENTER: Any size sculpture in any permanent medium. NOTE: Space is extremely limited for wall-hung work as well as mobiles.
JURORS: Entries into the show will be juried by Georgetown Library.
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, “Librarian’s Choice” and “People’s Choice” awards will be presented, along with additional prizes for select categories. The Georgetown Arts and Culture board has donated a total $2,400 for cash awards.
ENTRY FEES: $35.00 for TSOS members, $45.00 for non-TSOS members, and $2 for students (must be 25 years or younger and currently enrolled in school).
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received no later than May 15, 2026
SET-UP: Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  NOTE: Artists are responsible for delivery, pick-up, and stable pedestals (if required).
ARTISTS/AWARDS RECEPTION: A reception will be held Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Awards will be announced and presented at the reception.
PICK-UP: Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
SALES AND COMMISSIONS: Items sold through the show are subject to a 15% sales commission for TSOS. Sold items must remain on exhibit throughout the show.
SECURITY: Neither TSOS or the Georgetown Public Library are liable for exhibit entries.
